About the Role

The Client Leadership team at RocketMill is passionate about integration, bringing together all digital elements of the customer journey. This includes Strategy, Advertising, Paid Media, SEO, Content, UX, and Design. As a member of this team, you will champion the integration of these service lines under RocketMill’s planning framework, Total Performance.

You can work remotely or in our London and Brighton offices.


Role Overview

As an integral member of the Client Leadership team, you will manage the delivery of client projects and campaigns. Your ability to act autonomously in resolving delivery challenges and your experience across RocketMill’s services will enable you to make proactive recommendations for campaign improvements and new service lines.

You will embody RocketMill’s behaviors and serve as a role model, with potential line management responsibilities over Account Executives.

The role includes briefings, communication, and reporting. To succeed, you must be highly organized, an excellent communicator, and capable of resolving delivery challenges.

You will be responsible for delivering a set of campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

1. Brief internal teams
2. Establish an integrated roadmap of activity
3. Maintain client status sheets
4. Ensure quality of outputs and alignment to client briefs and strategy
5. Define and maintain a communication and delivery cadence
6. Project manage the account
7. Build strong relationships with client contacts
8. Contribute to marketing collateral
9. Support Account Director and Client Partner in client maintenance and growth
10. Contribute to new business pitches
11. Support wider agency initiatives
12. Develop processes for operational efficiencies


Essential Skills

1. Experience in an agency or marketing client-side role
2. Knowledge of paid media – PPC, Paid Social, and Programmatic
3. Understanding of digital channels
4. Experience managing multiple accounts
5. Excellent account management skills
6. Strong communication skills, both internal and external
7. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
8. Positive attitude and energy


Desirable Skills

1. Experience with new business proposals and pitches
2. Knowledge of Google Analytics
3. Understanding of billing, resourcing, and pipeline management
