We are seeking a driven and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team based in Warrington, Cheshire with travel to project sites across the region. This is a full-time, permanent role where youll play a key part in cost management and commercial delivery on residential construction projects.
About the Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, your main focus will be to:
* Manage all cost-related aspects of allocated projects from procurement through to final account settlement.
* Minimise project costs while maintaining high standards of quality and value for money.
* Administer contracts, process monthly applications, and reconcile final accounts.
* Support commercial decision-making by preparing cost analysis, tender documentation, and budget reports.
* Attend design and development meetings to advise on cost implications and contractual matters.
