Manager Responsibilities As part of the management team, your responsibilities will include: Managing and supporting event staff within your assigned area Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring your area runs smoothly ️ Briefing teams, allocating duties, and maintaining clear communication ✅ Monitoring staff performance, attendance, and presentation standards ️ Supporting catering and hospitality operations during busy service periods ⚡ Responding quickly to operational issues and guest requirements Ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and health & safety standards are maintained Working closely with senior management and event coordinators to deliver a successful event What We’re Looking For ✨ Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills ✨ To be able to commit to at least 3 shifts int the live week ✨ Ability to work in a busy, high-energy environment ✨ Reliable, punctual, and flexible with shifts ✨ Great communication and customer service skills ✨ Hospitality or event experience preferred Essentials ✔ Must be 18 for certain roles ✔ Comfortable with early starts, late finishes, and long shifts ✔ Reliable transport recommended due to event hours and venue location Apply now and be part of the action at Farnborough Airshow 2026!
