Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Contact Centre Advisor to join their company based on the outskirts of York.
This is a permanent Full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, five days over seven on rotation. This position is working shifts that are between the hours of 8am and 8pm as well as some weekend working over the month including 1 full weekend in, 1 full weekend off, 1 Saturday in/ Sunday off, 1 Sunday in/Saturday off.

Duties:
* Engage with customers across multiple contact channels in an omnichannel contact centre, providing top-tier service.
* Exhibit a customer-first attitude.
* Proactively identify and seize sales opportunities, upgrading customers to premium plans and reunification services.
* Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our offerings to maximise customer retention and satisfaction.
