At Cotswold Canoe Hire, we're passionate about providing unforgettable outdoor experiences. We're currently seeking a Crew Member with Driving Duties to safely transport our customers to and from exciting paddlesports adventures. If you're reliable, enjoy the outdoors, and have driving experience with a trailer, we want you on our team
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely drive customers to and from day trips and multi-day river adventures.
* Transport customers and equipment securely, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
* Assist with trip setup and takedown at various launch and collection points along the Thames
* Maintain the vehicle and trailer to ensure safety and cleanliness.
* Work as part of our fun team to deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements:
* Must be 25 or older with a clean driver's license and experience driving with a trailer.
* Interest in watersports or outdoor activities is desirable
* Flexible and reliable with the ability to work weekends and midweek shifts.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers.
* Strong attention to safety and detail.
Desirable Skills:
* Previous experience in a similar driving or outdoor role is a plus.
* Knowledge of paddlesports like kayaking, canoeing, or paddleboarding is beneficial.
* Previous customer facing experience desirable
