Key Responsibilities
* Lead the setup of the new Residential Property practice in Bournemouth
* Work collaboratively with the existing Residential team in Winchester (hybrid working supported)
* Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including, Leasehold/shared ownership properties, HTB mortgages, ISAs, redemptions, Right to Buy, investment properties, Remortgages, Transfers of Equity, Probate Sales, Declarations of Trust, unregistered land and restrictions
* Drive new business development and client relationship building
* Use the firm's modern portal systems for case management and compliance
What you will bring
* Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with 2+ years PQE in residential property
* Experience with the CQS scheme and SDLT essentials
* Strong knowledge of Building Safety Act, residential transactions, and compliance
* Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills
* Capable of managing caseloads independently with minimal supervision
* Commercially aware and proactive in business development
