We're working exclusively with a prestigious and well-established residential developer that's expanding its in-house planning team. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, they're looking to appoint an Assistant Town Planner to support the planning and delivery of high-quality residential schemes across the South East and East of England. About the Role: You'll work closely with a highly experienced planning and development team, supporting the submission of planning applications, liaising with local authorities, and coordinating with external consultants. This is a brilliant opportunity to gain exposure to major residential developments from inception through to delivery, with clear scope for progression and APC support if needed.
