Driver Trainer - Transport & Logistics Location: Warwickshire Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 DOE An established and growing transport business is looking to appoint an experienced Driver Trainer to support the development, safety, and performance of its driver workforce. This is a key role within the operation, focused on designing and delivering structured training programmes, improving driver standards, and ensuring compliance across the fleet. The position offers the opportunity to make a real impact by shaping training strategies and driving continuous improvement. The Role: You will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training to drivers at all stages of their careers. This includes creating tailored training modules, supporting inductions, and implementing mentoring programmes to enhance driver capability and performance. You will also play a key role in developing safe systems of work, monitoring driver performance through telematics, and supporting investigations to identify root causes and implement improvements.
