Corporate Solicitor – Huddersfield An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join a well-established, forward-thinking regional law firm with deep roots in Yorkshire and a strong reputation for supporting owner-managed businesses and SMEs. The role is based in Huddersfield, with the opportunity for hybrid working once settled into the position. While full-time applicants are preferred, part-time applications (minimum 30 hours per week over four or five days) will also be considered. The Role You will undertake a varied and engaging corporate and commercial caseload, advising a broad client base that includes start-ups, owner-managed businesses and established SMEs, both locally and nationally. The work will span transactions of varying size and complexity, providing excellent exposure and development opportunities.
