Job Purpose
Responsible for coordinating all operational activities in the Warehouse, including executing activities safely with the goal of delivering quality service on time and meeting customer requirements.
Act as the first link between Workshop & Warehouse for all logistics support not covered in the daily interface with Internal Logistics.
Liaise with Customer Logistics and Freight Forwarders to ensure project deliveries are scheduled to meet deadlines while complying with local health and safety regulations.
Job Description
* Take responsibility for the day-to-day operational activities, ensuring TechnipFMC and Customer equipment is stored and secured correctly according to procedures.
* Lead and participate in Toolbox Talks with Warehouse Technicians to discuss daily plans and ensure activities are carried out safely.
* Support Warehouse Technicians in loading and unloading transport if required.
* Assist Warehouse Technicians with daily activities as needed.
* Process all Goods In paperwork using the company ERP system.
* Produce Project Packing lists for Warehouse Technicians for picking and packing according to project demands.
* Communicate with the Service Project Manager regarding the receipt of Customer Free Issue equipment.
* Participate in project planning meetings when required.
* Ensure all outgoing shipments are packed according to TechnipFMC procedures and industry standards.
* If the project requires Third Party Basket/Container hires, raise PR and manage Third Party equipment using the ERP system, tracking hire dates for invoicing and cost management.
* Create project delivery paperwork for shipping to the customer location.
* Monitor Customer-provided lookaheads to ensure shipping deadlines are met.
You are meant for this job if:
* Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the oil industry.
* Experience using SAP.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
* Preferable knowledge of Surface Wellhead equipment, tooling, and accessories.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Good interpersonal skills.
* Proactive attitude.
* Ability to work and communicate within a diverse cultural environment is critical.
