RSW are looking to recruit a HR Advisor in the Brecon area.
Key Responsibilities
* Advising managers and staff: Serving as the first point of contact for HR queries, offering guidance on performance management, employee relations, and resolving disputes.
* Developing and updating policies: Creating, reviewing, and implementing HR policies to align with business needs and legal requirements.
* Ensuring compliance: Monitoring adherence to labor laws, regulations, and internal standards to minimize risks.
* Recruitment and talent management: Overseeing hiring processes, including interviewing, onboarding, and strategic workforce planning.
* Handling compensation, benefits, and development: Managing payroll, benefits administration, training programs, and career development initiatives.
* Strong communication: Clearly conveying complex HR information to diverse audiences.
* Problem-solving and decision-making: Addressing conflicts, grievances, and tough situations with fairness and empathy.
* Organizational skills: Juggling multiple priorities like data analysis, reporting, and policy tracking.
* Knowledge of HR best practices: Familiarity with compliance, data-driven insights, and strategic planning.
This position is initially 2 days a month
