About the Role As a Float SEND Teacher, you will: Provide targeted support across all year groups for children with EHCPs and additional learning needs. Work flexibly in different classes, leading interventions, adapting lessons, and providing 1:1 or small group support. Collaborate closely with the SENCO, external agencies, and class teachers to ensure all pupils thrive academically and socially. Be part of a highly creative curriculum, where lessons are enriched with music, art, drama, and outdoor learning.
