This flagship site is undergoing significant transformation, with the ambition to set a new benchmark for customer experience, service, and hospitality. With a large, multi-category operation, this location is positioned as one of the brand’s highest-potential markets outside of London.
The Role
This is a role for a visible leader – someone who thrives on the shop floor, not behind a desk. You will:
* Spend the majority of your time on the floor, engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring your presence directly impacts sales.
* Lead from the front, driving performance through daily coaching, real-time feedback, and inspiring your teams to deliver exceptional results.
* Elevate the service structure, embedding luxury standards and ensuring every customer interaction creates loyalty and lasting value.
* Deliver and exceed ambitious sales and profit targets, maximising turnover through a strong commercial and client-centric approach.
* Act as a brand ambassador beyond the four walls – forging partnerships with local businesses to grow visibility and attract new clientele.
* Observe, listen, and act – using your time with customers and staff to identify opportunities, refine behaviours, and drive performance improvements.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven leadership at scale – experience as a Store or Deputy Director, or multi-site leader within luxury, premium fashion, or lifestyle retail.
* A natural floor presence – highly visible, approachable, and hands-on in motivating teams and elevating client experience.
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering results in high-turnover environments.
* Demonstrable expertise in luxury service and clienteling, with the ability to grow VIP relationships and inspire client loyalty.
* Inspirational people leadership – confident in observing, coaching, and raising the bar for managers and teams every day.
* Entrepreneurial spirit – adept at seeking out business opportunities both inside and outside of the store environment.
* Resilience and adaptability – thriving in environments of change and able to motivate others through transformation.
