Corporate Services Officer
Full time (39 hours per week)
Salary: £36,517 – £39,921
About Upkeep
We are a social enterprise, providing high quality, value for money property maintenance and estate management services to Shettleston Housing Association and its tenants. We contribute to the local community and economy through the creation of employment, training and development opportunities in the area.
The Role
We are looking to recruit a self-motivated Corporate Services Officer to join our team. You will support Upkeep's core corporate functions — finance, HR and IT — ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Outputs
Lead and support administrative staff
Manage daily finance processing through Xero
Oversee accurate, timely invoicing
Support HR, recruitment and induction processes
Monitor staff performance and training needs
Manage systems including Simpro / HomeMaster
Prepare reports for the Upkeep Board
