About the Role: As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students both academically and emotionally. Understanding of SEMH needs, challenging behaviour, and evidence-based support strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Calm, patient, and adaptable approach to working with students. Ability to follow structured support plans and work collaboratively with staff.
