What We're Looking For:
* Essential Qualification: Level 2, 3, 5, or 6 in Early Years Education (full and relevant as per the DFE list of relevant qualifications)
* Recruitment Process: All applicants will undergo safer recruitment checks, including a completed Application Form and DBS clearance
Your Role:
* Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with EYFS standards
* Be a reliable, proactive team player, collaborating with fellow childcare professionals
* Communicate clearly and compassionately with parents and guardians about their child's development
* Foster a stimulating and nurturing environment where children can thrive
* Ensure all documentation and procedures are completed with accuracy and care
Position Details:
Hours: Full-time-Monday–Friday, 52 weeks a year
Salary: £26,353.60-£28, pro-rata)
Portswood staff receive an additional £0.30/hour location weighting (this is included in salary above; subject to terms)
