Quality Assurance Manager
Altogether Care We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to support quality across our care at home services.
This role is suited to someone with a strong background in highly regulated social care environments and a clear understanding of CQC standards. You will use your experience and leadership skills to bring teams together, strengthen oversight, and support continuous improvement across services.

The Role
1. This is a support and enabling role, focused on improving quality and reducing pressure on managers. You will not hold operational responsibility, but will work alongside managers to strengthen governance, consistency and practice.
