Product Marketing Manager
Seeking a Product Marketing Manager for the building solutions division of a global, multibillion-pound plastics manufacturer with nearly 200 locations worldwide. The role is based at their Ross-on-Wye head office.
This is a permanent, full-time position with flexible hours (core hours 10am-3pm) and 50% hybrid working after successful completion of probation.
The Role:
As a Product Manager within the Product Management team for the Building Solutions division, your responsibilities will include:
1. Working on commercial topics such as strategy development, pricing, market research, stock strategy, sales analysis, and product launches
2. Engaging with internal and external stakeholders
3. Supporting the UK sales team in promoting products
4. Ensuring profitable growth and full implementation of the UK strategy by the team
Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in product management, ideally within the construction products industry
* Degree level education, preferably in Business Studies or Marketing
* Experience in creating business plans, data analysis, trend spotting, and adapting to market conditions
* Strong MS Office skills
* A structured approach and good analytical skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Minimum of 1-2 years industry experience
Benefits:
* Salary: £27,000 - £40,000 DOE
* 32 days holiday including bank holidays, increasing to 33 after 2 years
