You’ll help children access learning, build independence and grow in confidence, while supporting their social, emotional and behavioural needs throughout the school day. No two days will be the same, but every day will be meaningful. Who they’re looking for You’ll have previous experience supporting children with SEN and SEMH needs. You’ll bring a calm, patient and nurturing approach, with behaviour management rooted in empathy, consistency and understanding.
