As ourQuantity Surveyor, you will have effective commercial control of allallocatedprojects/developments, to include provision oftimelyandaccuratedocumentationin accordance withthe Surveying timetable,in particularPPRs, all elemental reconciliations, cash flow forecasts, etc.
Duties will include managing project cost control procedures,obtainingan understanding and contributing to effective cash management, completing all aspects of sub-contractoradministrationandidentifyingand managing risk across a range of projects.
