Are you looking for a new role in Commercial Property? A firm based in Dartford is looking to bring in a Solicitor to their Commercial Property team.
Responsibilities
* Handle a caseload of mixed Commercial Property matters including freehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasehold transactions, site acquisitions and development, and secured lending.
* Deal with business sales and purchases and some residential property matters.
Qualifications
* 1+ PQE and the ability to manage your own caseload unsupervised.
* Desirable: experience in residential conveyancing, but not essential.
