Key Responsibilities
* Provide warm, attentive service across restaurant, bar and lounge areas
* Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate clearly with the kitchen
* Serve dishes and beverages to the required standards of timing and presentation
* Set up, clear and reset tables efficiently to support smooth service
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all service areas
* Offer confident menu knowledge and assist guests with queries or recommendations
* Process payments accurately and follow company procedures
* Support Food & Beverage operations across breakfast, lunch, dinner, events and bar service
* Follow food safety, allergen and health & safety procedures at all times
Person Specification
* Strong communication and guest-service skills
* Friendly, confident and professional approach
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Good attention to detail and accuracy when serving guests
* Reliable, punctual and committed to high service standards
* Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Smart personal presentation and understanding of basic food hygiene
