Job description/reference GS- SD- CCC1 Closing date:23 - 06-2025 Job Title: Childrens Personal Assistant/Support worker Hours per week: 10 hours per week term time/ 20 hours school holidays per week. Can be job shared. please state preferred hours in application 3pm-5pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (potential for an additional 2 hours on each of Monday and Friday) during school term. Up to 20 hours per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) during school holidays. Location: Llandudno Rate of pay: £14.50 per hour About me: I am a 5-year-old girl. I was born with a very rare genetic disorder, which impacts how my brain works and affects all areas of my life. I am unable to walk or talk and have low muscle tone which makes me floppy. I also have poor vision as my brain can't process the images I see very quickly. I am a happy little girl, with an adorable smile and a very pleasant nature. I love listening to music, sensory activities, swimming time and time outside. I'm looking for someone to help to look after me after school and in school holidays. Task and duties, to include any or all the following: Duties will include: collecting from school (on foot), feeding and drinks, changing pads/ nappies as required, supporting with basic physio exercises (eg supported sitting), sensory play activities, other activities – eg a walk or trip to a cafe and, if I am taking a nap, some light household duties, like putting away some of my clean clothes or making my meals. Any other duties not mentioned but that fall within the scope of this role should be discussed and then mutually agreed. Undertake any further training, as mutually agreed.
