We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team at the Mesmerist. As a key part of our hospitality environment, you will play a central role in creating memorable experiences for our guests.
What you'll do:
* Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service at the bar.
* Mix and serve drinks to a high standard.
* Deliver food and drinks to tables with attention to detail.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming atmosphere.
* Support the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in bartending or hospitality is preferred.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. The venue is open until 2am on Fridays and Saturdays.
