This is a hands-on position offering a variety of duties across different areas of the business. Key Responsibilities: Reception : Greet guests with a warm welcome, check-in/check-out, answer phone calls, assist with bookings and provide local information. Food & Beverage : Assist in setting up and serving breakfast, prepare and serve our food offering throughout the day, serve drinks from the bar. Ensure a high standard of food service and cleanliness in the dining area. Housekeeping : Help maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring they meet our high standards of presentation. About You: Experience : Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not essential. Skills : A friendly and approachable attitude, excellent communication skills, and a flexible approach to tasks. Team Player : You’ll be working with a small, close-knit team, so being able to work well with others is key.
