With an increasing and diverse portfolio of projects, Parkingeye is seeking a Signage Coordinator to join the busy and growing Operations team. Reporting to the Scheduling Team Leader, the role of Coordinator will undertake a range of administrative duties that ensure car park installations and maintenance at Parkingeye run smoothly. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Administration (Raise Purchase Orders/Goods receipt them. Booking hotels for our engineers plus much more) Estimating the costs and time it will take to carry out work. Planning projects by outlining and coordinating when work by our Engineers should take place. To achieve and maintain professional standards across all aspects of the role Design and draft signs and overlays in accordance with the requirements of the client and the BPA Code of Practice. Manage and continuously improve any processes related to signage as well as improving efficiencies and productivity, ensuring processes are maximised. Set up new accounts with PayByPhone with the correct tariffs set then ensuring the new location code is installed on signage drafts. Prepare all Signage Maintenance Orders (SMOs) for Account Managers and update signage plans. Update internal back-office system (Cayenne) with signage images, signage templates, signage plans and close off support tickets once scheduled works on site have been completed. Adhere to Company Policies, procedures and quality standards. To be aware of and follow all health and safety requirement, and comply with all Company Policy. Previous coordinating experience is desirable. They will demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills, to support accountability in project delivery and meeting both internal and client objectives. They will be a self-motivated individual keen to assist with improving delivery, while also being able to develop innovative solutions within the department. Essential Previous experience carrying out administrative tasks and executing these to a high standard. Experience in problem solving and utilising business and department knowledge to draw conclusions and take action when challenges arise. Ability to demonstrate that you understand customer service and making this a priority for both internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrating strong general education in English Language and Mathematics. Working knowledge of Health and Safety in the workplace. Evidence of experience in estimating time and costs for work. Evidence of experience in project planning. Experience balancing multiple tasks and managing time effectively to meet tight deadlines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Ability to evidence team working and supporting others when workloads and priorities change in order to meet the needs of the Company. Strong computer literacy. Experience working with Microsoft Office and other like programmes including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Experienced user of Adobe Illustrator CC 2018. Evidence of excellent organisation skills and attention to detail. Ability to demonstrate adhering to Company Policies, procedures and quality standards. Desirable A basic understanding regarding the British Parking Association Code of Practice and how this affects installations and planning applications.
