Your new role
As Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and staff, delivering a warm, prompt and professional service. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Meeting and greeting visitors and building users
2. Handling queries andplaints via phone, email and in person
3. Maintaining a tidy and well-presented reception area
4. Managing visitor records and ensuringpliance with security and evacuation procedures
5. Operating telmunications and security systems
6. Assisting with general office duties, including deliveries and correspondence
7. Providing local information (transport, parking, restaurants) when required
What you'll need to succeed
8. Previous experience in a customer service or reception role
9. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
11. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
13. Professional, approachable and flexible attitude
