Registered Nurse (24 hours per week)
Sleaford, Lincolnshire
Up to £23.79 per hour
I am working with a privately owned group who have a beautiful care home rated as ‘good’ in the Sleaford area. The home is an old vicarage based in beautiful, landscaped gardens which the residents really enjoy.
They are currently looking for a Registered Nurse to assist the Home Manager in all aspects of the day to day running of the home and duties will include:
* Leading the shift and supporting other team members
* Ensuring all aspects of the home meet the highest Care Standards as defined by CQC, the local CCG and the Local Authority as well as all legislative requirements
* Completing daily medication rounds
* Completing and reviewing Resident Support Plans
For this post you must have:
* Registration as a qualified Nurse and a current UK Pin
* Experience of working in a care/nursing home caring for older people
* An awareness of the principles of Person Centred Care Planning
* Leadership and interpersonal skills
* The availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends
* A full UK driving licence and access to a car as this post is in a remote setting and live within 30 minutes of the Home
