Role: Internal Sales Engineer Location: Knutsford, Parkgate Industrial Estate Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am till 5pm. 40 hours per week (Office Based) We are seeking a dynamic and commercially focused Internal Sales Engineer with a strong technical foundation and a passion for customer engagement and solution selling. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be act as a central point of contact for commercial and technical enquiries, supporting customers from initial enquiry through to order processing. Manage enquiries and prepare quotations aligned to customer requirements Provide technical and commercial support to customers Process orders and maintain CRM records of opportunities and interactions Develop key accounts to increase enquiries and sales Ensure margins meet company expectations and review customer terms Collaborate with external sales to share leads and opportunities What You’ll Bring Mechanical engineering qualification or equivalent experience Experience in a technical or internal sales role within an industrial environment Strong communication skills and a proactive, organised approach Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Desirable) Valve, flow control, oil & gas or manufacturing experience What’s On Offer?
