Project Architect Job Overview
* Lead projects across a variety of sectors from inception through to completion.
* Manage project programmes, design coordination, and technical delivery.
* Prepare and develop planning, technical, and construction drawing packages.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout all RIBA stages.
* Produce and manage coordinated BIM models using Revit across varying project stages and complexity levels.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
* Attend client meetings, site visits, and design team meetings.
* Work closely with senior management to help maintain and develop client relationships.
* Support and mentor junior team members where required.
* Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the practice.
Project Architect Job Requirements
* Qualified Architect.
* Live within a commutable distance of Epsom.
* Strong experience delivering projects across all RIBA work stages.
* Excellent technical detailing and project delivery skills.
* Strong client‑facing and project‑running experience.
* Advanced Revit and BIM knowledge with experience producing coordinated BIM models.
* Good working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage workload independently and work collaboratively within a team.
* Commercial awareness with a proactive and professional approach.
* Experience working on Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Science or Leisure projects would be advantageous.
