About the role:
As a Group Student Finance Team Leader, you’ll lead a dedicated team to deliver outstanding service across our campuses, ensuring the smooth and compliant administration of bursary applications and payments. You’ll take ownership of creating engaging promotional materials to raise awareness of financial support services, while monitoring participation and impact through accurate reporting and data analysis.
You’ll work collaboratively across campuses and departments to develop effective policies and processes that support student success. You’ll also train and support staff to provide clear, reliable financial advice, helping students access the support they need to thrive. Your leadership will be key in ensuring fair, timely, and transparent delivery of financial support schemes, all while promoting high levels of student satisfaction and retention.
This is a permanent, full-time role based at any campus - Oxford, Reading, or Guildford.
