About the Role You will support or lead lessons across Personal Development and Health & Social Care, equipping students with essential skills that help them transition confidently into young adulthood. Depending on your experience, you may: Deliver engaging and meaningful lessons using pre-prepared materials Support PSHE, Health & Social Care and wider personal development topics Create a safe, inclusive and structured classroom environment Encourage positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing Contribute to the school’s ethos of personal growth and academic success Work with supportive staff, mentors and leadership teams Whether you join as a Cover Supervisor or Teacher, you’ll play a valuable role in student development during a key term of the academic year.
