Group Leader – Asset Integrity
Location: Leatherhead
Salary: £75,000 – £95,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Full time (37.5 hrs per week) – Hybrid Working

We are seeking a Group Leader to lead and oversee a diverse team that supports customers across many industries in the assessment, management, and life‑extension of aging assets. The role requires technical credibility, leadership across disciplines, and a strategic focus to grow the group’s capabilities and impact.
Responsibilities
- Set the vision and direction for the group, aligned with the wider business strategy.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled team, creating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous growth.
- Deliver high‑quality consultancy projects and act as a role model for technical and commercial excellence.
- Enhance skill development and promote knowledge exchange among various fields.
- Work closely with market‑facing teams to grow the business and shape opportunities.
Qualifications
- A natural leader to shape and grow both the people and the group, fostering a high‑performing team culture.
- Market‑aligned strategy to ensure the group continues to evolve.
- Degree‑level qualification in a relevant academic area.
- Knowledge and experience of the technical disciplines in the Leatherhead Asset Integrity group and the wider Asset Integrity discipline.
- Experience working across various sectors and developing new clients.
- Experience in developing solutions and products for customers and delivering programmes of work to customer satisfaction, schedule and budget.
- Visible leadership to the group, colleagues and external customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines and influence at discipline and business level.
- Chartered (or equivalent) professional with a Master’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- Significant experience in consultancy with a solid background in technical skills and project execution.
- Skilled leader with line management experience and a commitment to growing team members.
- Insightful strategist who takes practical action to ensure goals are met.
