You'll work closely with the General Manager, ensuring the smooth running of our establishment, with the potential to grow and develop into a General Manager role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations and support the General Manager
* Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards
* Lead and motivate the team to achieve excellence
* Assist in managing inventory, ordering, and staff scheduling
* Uphold the authenticity and quality of our Italian cuisine and wine offerings
Contract Details:
* £45-50k per year
* Holiday Entitlement: 28 days per year
* Meals: provided during duty
* Growth Opportunity: Potential to develop into a General Manager role
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in a high-paced environment
* An excellent team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
* Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and winery
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in an Italian restaurant
