With over 2,000 exciting products designed to suit every customer's preference, our team is on-hand to engage with customers daily. We take the time to understand our customers' needs and recommend products that enhance their wellbeing. Many products are made with natural ingredients and sourced ethically through Community Trade programmes, helping communities build better lives.
As part of our dedicated team of Consultants, you will offer expert advice and provide insights into The Body Shop products and philosophy. You will learn about the products, their origins, and proactively engage with customers to find suitable products for their preferences and lifestyle.

* Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers; customer service experience is preferred

* Open availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
