Assistant Store Manager – Lichfield
We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our fashion store team in Lichfield, 28 hours a week. This role involves supporting the Store Manager with the day‑to‑day running of the store and taking full responsibility in their absence. You will inspire and support staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflects our values.
Responsibilities
* Ensuring the highest standard of customer service
* Achieving targets
* Maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising
* Maximising sales through physical and digital channels
* Supporting recruitment and development of volunteers
* Achieving expectations within campaign activities
* Working with the manager to generate stock
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in a customer‑facing role
* Supervisory experience
* Commercially driven to encourage new ideas
* Inclusive approach to developing teams
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving the highest retail standards
* Results‑driven but with a recognition of right result, right way
