Practicus is supporting Butterfly Conservation, a leading wildlife charity, to recruit a Head of Corporate Partnerships to help secure vital partnerships to protect butterflies, moths, and the environment we all share.

Role Overview:
As Head of Corporate Partnerships, you will shape and deliver the corporate strategy, build impactful relationships with caring companies, and generate transformational income to support our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a dynamic Corporate Fundraising & Partnerships Strategy
* Secure five-figure+ partnerships and donations through proactive new business development
* Identify, cultivate, and manage a pipeline of high-value corporate partners
* Create compelling proposals, tailored support cases, and stewardship plans
* Collaborate internally to align fundraising with broader organizational goals
* Line manage and support the Corporate Fundraising Officer
* Analyze performance and report confidently to senior leadership and boards
Candidate Requirements:
* Proven success in securing and growing high-value corporate partnerships
* Experience in developing and implementing fundraising plans to meet targets
* Negotiation skills for partnership agreements and legal considerations
* Ability to create persuasive proposals and presentations
* Practical experience with charity CRM systems
* Knowledge of data protection and fundraising regulations
* Experience in stewarding funder relationships
* Ability to communicate complex information clearly and simply
* Experience in managing budgets

Salary: £38,336 to £44,247 per year (pro rata)
Working hours: 2.5 or 3 days per week
Location: Fully remote with occasional travel to Dorset (a few days per year)
