What You'll Do:
* Provide 1:1 Support: Work closely with children with SEN needs, offering personalized assistance and encouragement.
* Implement IEPs: Help put Individual Education Plans into action, ensuring each child receives the support they need.
* Create a Positive Environment: Foster an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere where every child can thrive.
* Collaborate: Work alongside teachers, parents, and other professionals to achieve the best outcomes for the children.
What We're Looking For:
1. Experience: Proven experience in a 1:1 support role and working with children with additional needs.
