The Role
As a Customer Account Manager, you will handle the entire loan process, including speaking to customers, assessing requirements and affordability, processing loan agreements, and supporting customers throughout their loan lifecycle.
This role requires strong communication skills, rapport-building abilities on phone and face-to-face, and keen attention to detail. We value excellent customer service and positive interactions.

Salary
Up to £30,000 depending on experience.
