Our product range includes pharmaceuticals, vitamins & supplements, medical & independent living aids, skincare and luxury bath products.
We are seeking a passionate Nutritionist to join our retail team and fill a full-time position. In this role, you will provide expert nutritional guidance to customers while promoting and selling health-related products.
Job Purpose:
On the sales floor, it's all about excellent customer service. As a Nutritionist/Sales Advisor, you are a multitasker who enjoys being on your feet. You are also a positive and friendly person with a fantastic sense of togetherness. You have great organizational and time management skills and enjoy working with a team of people who are just as interested looking after the wellbeing of customers as you are.
Main duties will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service and at times be required to support the Customer Experience team dealing with customer queries
* Provide general advice and guidance to our customers
* Maintaining store presentation standards
* Attending training sessions
* Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field (Master's degree preferred)
* Registered Associate Nutritionist (AfN certified) or equivalent
* Previous experience working as a Nutritionist or in a related role is preferred
* Good communication skills
* Experience in providing a high standard of customer service
* A good understanding of retail
* Ability to work a flexible monthly rota, including bank holidays and weekends
* Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
At least 1 year experience of working in Nutrition or Pharmacy or Retail
