We have just been named a Financial Times UK leading Management Consultancy for the eighth consecutive year.

Ogilvy Consulting believes in the power of brands and people to transform businesses, drive growth and create financial and societal value. Moving beyond traditional methodologies, we seek to build breakthrough brands, businesses and marketing approaches that live and grow in the modern world, reflecting current cultural narratives, leveraging growth insights, and operating in a digitally led way.

Ogilvy Consulting is different from other consultancies. We are nestled in the heart of a world-leading creative agency and pride ourselves on bridging strategy and execution. * Alongside the Senior Delivery Director, oversee production requests for larger requirements, from deck design image creation to video production.
* Support with the monitoring of all project SOW, running burn reports, against planned timelines, identifying potential overruns or discrepancies on a weekly basis.
* Proactively identify and escalate potential project risks and issues to the Senior Delivery Director.

Internal Process Management:

* Serve as a liaison between Consulting project teams and internal departments (e.g., finance, resource, production, legal).
* Ensure compliance with Ogilvy's internal policies and procedures.
* Work with the Senior Delivery Director and Operations Manager to streamline internal processes to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
* Support the implementation of new project management tools and methodologies.

New Business Support:

* Support the development of new business proposals and pitches and ensuring any resource outside of consulting is communicated to the relevant Resource manager and recorded in Wrike.

Skills and Attributes:

* Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to multi-task, especially in high-pressure situations.
* Strong work ethic with superior attention to detail.
* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint; Keynote a plus. Wrike and/or Workday experience an advantage.
