Due to an internal promotion McCarthy Stone are looking for a professional and experienced Registered Manager to lead the team at our stunning development, Malpas Court in Northallerton. Our Registered Managers can earn additional bonuses relating to performance which are paid quarterly – our highest earner last year was paid over £3,500! Package: £40,298.59 plus benefits Career Progression Hours : 38.75 per week Development Information: Exclusively for the over 70s, Malpas Court offers privately-owned apartments designed to make life easier for residents. With a range of domestic and support services and a bistro style restaurant we deliver a high quality service for our residents. McCarthy Stone have a wealth of support and benefits for their staff. About you: You will be a warm, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual who cares deeply about championing the rights and wellbeing of older people. Have previous experience of promoting the welfare of older or vulnerable people and managing a team. Have a QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent in management in this sector. Why join?
