What you’ll be doing:
1. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with independent clients, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
2. Build strong relationships with independent food market players using your curiosity and passion for food.
3. Create tailored culinary proposals to help customers save time and money.
4. Drive growth by achieving profit targets and earning rewards.
5. Onboard new clients professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported by your Area Sales Manager.
6. Monitor market trends and competitors to provide insights and innovative solutions from the world's largest food wholesaler.
7. Achieve market and sales goals with enthusiasm and expertise.
What we are looking for:
While experience in Field Sales or similar roles is preferred, it is not essential. We seek individuals with a commercial mindset, driven to meet targets and make a significant impact.
Confidence in outdoor, client-facing roles is crucial, as the customer is at the center of everything you do.
We offer a comprehensive induction program to train you on our products and business operations. Food service or hospitality experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
