Responsibilities: Deliver friendly and efficient 1st line technical support to end users, both face-to-face and remotely. Log, manage, and resolve incidents and service requests using the Halo ticketing system. Troubleshoot issues related to Windows 11 devices, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, laptops, desktops, and peripheral hardware. Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT team members when necessary. Support meeting rooms, AV equipment, and office printers. Assist with user onboarding and offboarding activities. Maintain accurate ticket notes and basic technical documentation.
