Are you an experienced school support professional looking for flexible work in Birmingham? We are currently seeking confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across the city on a day-to-day, flexible basis.
The Role
* Delivering pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the classroom teacher
* Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment
* Supporting students with their learning and maintaining school policies
* Providing feedback to teaching staff as needed
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and thrives in a dynamic school environment.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience working in a school setting is essential
* Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management skills
* Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt quickly to new environments
* An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one)
