About theRole
Weare seeking a Senior People Advisor with provenoperations/generalist HR knowledge and experience. This role offersan exciting opportunity to be involved in the entire employeelifecycle and participate in engagement projects. The idealcandidate should excel at multitasking prioritising effectively andproviding dedicated support to our team andmanagers.
KeyResponsibilities:
* Strong operational focus
* ManagingHRIS administration and maximising functionality to reduce HR admintasks.
* Ensuring compliance with employment lawGDPR and HR best practices.
* Drafting updatingand maintaining HR policies and procedures.
* Overseeing payroll administration and benefitsmanagement.
* Partnering with hiring managers tofulfil recruitment needs and ensure a positive candidateexperience.
* Conducting refining and improvingthe onboarding and offboarding processes including exitinterviews.
* Analysing employee feedback dataand identifying areas for improvement in the employeeexperience.
* Supporting performance reviews andexecuting the learning and development strategy.
* Providing guidance to line managers on various peoplematters.
