* Drive best practices, improve processes and keep your team safe.
* You will build a business strategy with a 3-5 year horizon and deliver through the effective management of your team.
* Engage with the SLT and the wider business to utilise the assets at your disposal.
* You'll build a robust business from end-to-end that can pivot and deal with the day-to-day challenges of fresh food manufacturing.
