ADI now have an opportunity for a driven and customer-focused Desk-based Account Manager to join our EMEA Key Accounts team. You will own and develop relationships with key clients across the region, ensuring they receive market-leading service while proactively identifying new sales opportunities. This is a high-impact role where your ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions will contribute directly to ADI’s commercial success.
As a Desk-based Account Manager for EMEA Key Accounts, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with our strategic clients across the EMEA region. Your role involves understanding client needs, providing tailored security solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive revenue growth and long-term partnership success.

JOB DUTIES:
1. Manage a portfolio of key clients within the EMEA region, acting as their primary point of contact.
2. Develop a deep understanding of clients’ security requirements and business objectives.
3. Present and promote our electronic security products and solutions tailored to client needs.
4. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical support, logistics) to deliver exceptional service.
5. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
6. Monitor account performance and client satisfaction, proactively addressing issues.
7. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and new product offerings.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records of client interactions and sales pipelines.
9. Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status and forecasts.
10. Assist the BDM in understanding and executing export procedures, including documentation, customs clearance, and freight logistics.
11. Conduct detailed cost analysis for export shipments, including freight, tariffs, duties, taxes, and other related expenses.
12. Prepare and review export quotations, proposals, and pricing strategies to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
13. Coordinate with shipping partners, customs brokers, and freight forwarders to ensure timely and compliant export deliveries.
14. Ensure all export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, are accurate and compliant with international regulations.
15. Monitor and analyze export logistics costs, suggesting ways to optimize and reduce expenses.
16. Assist in market research to identify potential export opportunities and challenges in EMEA regions.
17. Provide support in compliance with international trade laws, export control regulations, and company policies.
18. Track shipment statuses and update relevant stakeholders on delivery timelines and potential issues.
19. Support data collection and reporting related to export sales performance, costs, and market insights.



YOU MUST HAVE:

20. Strong understanding of B2B Customer needs, solutions, and industry standards.
21. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
22. Ability to work independently and remotely, managing multiple accounts effectively.
23. Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to EMEA are a plus..
24. Analytical skills with attention to detail, especially in cost analysis and data interpretation.
25. Good communication and coordination skills.
26. Ability to work independently and support sales teams effectively.
27. Proficiency in MS Office and export management software.

29. Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in electronic security or related fields.
30. Ability to speak additional language.
31. Strong understanding of export documentation, freight forwarding, and customs processes.
32. Knowledge of trade regulations within EMEA is a plus.
