Main duties of the job
What You'll Do
* Deliver personalised care through assessments, treatment plans, and health education.
* Manage chronic disease clinics and screening programmes (e.g. cervical cytology, vaccinations).
* Conduct medication reviews and contribute to prescribing where appropriate.
* Support women's health, travel advice, and immunisation services.
* Lead on health promotion and patient education initiatives.
* Maintain high standards of infection control and clinical documentation.
* Contribute to audits, QOF, LES/DES targets, and practice improvement plans.
