Job responsibilities
Data and Analysis
Create and run reports usingMicrosoft SQL to help translate data into meaningful insights that help informkey decisions.
Deliver consistently highstandards in data reliability and information analysis.
Use analytical techniques toidentify trends, patterns and anomalies in data.
Provide analytical supportby producing tailored ad-hoc reports/information packs, including regularsubmissions to Navigo committees and groups.
Develop and deliver tailoredreports and information pack for services within the organisation.
Support the preparation ofaccurate data for regular meetings and ensure compliance with deadlines.
Interprets, presents andbenchmarks national and local data for clinical leads to support the strategicfunction.
Abstracts and analysespatient clinical records and use judgement to translate information which maynot be readily codable.
Provide in-depth analysis tobuild intelligence for quality improvement plans and workplan projects andassess the impact of service changes.
Triangulate analysis acrossa range of reports and datasets.

Qualifications

Experience
* At least 1 years experience working as a data analyst or equivalent
* At least 1 years experience working within an NHS setting (does not have to be analyst related) or equivalent
* You have practical experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Excel to support analysis, reporting and communication.
* Experience of extracting and checking data from multiple sources, assessing its quality, understanding the business context, and applying suitable techniques to turn it into useful information.
* You have actively sought development opportunities, shared knowledge with colleagues, and demonstrated professionalism and compassion in your interactions.
* You plan for future iterations of your analysis and ensure your work complies with data governance, anonymisation, and security protocols.

* You are familiar with Statistical Process Control charts and understand how to use them for monitoring and improving processes.
